Shipping within Australia

All orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Brisbane, Australia.  As part of our commitment to the environment, all orders are packed using recycled wrapping materials.

We make every effort to ship all orders next business day. If we experience higher order volume, there may be slight delays in shipment.

Orders are shipped on business days only (business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).

Please note that currently there are still delays on interstate orders, due to the processing of record parcel volumes, border restrictions and items being processed through alternate sorting offices.

Express Shipping

Some items cannot be shipped via express post.  Orders containing flammable liquid (Dangerous Goods) may only ship via road and therefore cannot be sent Express. These items are clearly marked on their product page. Items unavailable for express post will not display shipping options.

Shipping Info

Express Post is guaranteed next day delivery FROM the date shipped. As we ship next business day, please allow 2 days for Express Post. Alternatively, orders placed by phone before 10:00am can be Express Posted same day. Please take into consideration your location and check with Australia Post in regard to Express Post delivery timeframes.

Shipping Costs

Perfect Potion ship via Australia Post. The shipping cost is calculated based on the size of your order. Your shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page once all items are in your shopping cart.

Standard road shipping on orders over $50 is free within Australia for our Retail customers. Standard road shipping on orders over $100 is free within Australia for our Practitioner & $150 for Wholesale customers.

Should you require your order urgently, we do offer Express Post for an added fee. This cost will be calculated for you on checkout.

Some items cannot be shipped via express post. These items are clearly marked on their product page. Items unavailable for express post will not display shipping options. Please remove these items from your cart before choosing express post.

Damaged in Transit

All care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are safe when leaving our warehouse. Once your package has left our warehouse, Perfect Potion is not responsible for damages incurred. Please contact Australia Post for more information.

Signature Required on Delivery

Due to the delicate nature of Perfect Potion products, we require signature on receipt of all deliveries. We do not leave parcels at the door if no one is home even on request on check out.

Items not signed for require to be picked up at your nearest post office within the timeframe stipulated by Australia Post.

Perfect Potion is not responsible for Australia Post delivering to the incorrect address or for Collection Centres signing parcels over to the incorrect recipient.

What is it?

The Perfect Potion Customer Care program is our online extension of our customer experience program. We strive to deliver the same wonderful communication and sense of community as we offer in-store via our email and sms marketing and social media platforms.

Signing up to the Customer Care program allows us to remain in contact with you after you have left the shops (online and physical). We do this with the view that continued education and insight into our wonderful company and Perfect Potion community will help us to continue to build a lasting and trusting relationship with you, our customer.

Benefits

Perfect Potion collect your contact information in order to keep in touch with you via emails and sms. We encourage all customers to join our social media community by following us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.

Emails are regularly sent and contain information regarding exclusive special offers, new product releases, important events and workshops.

Signing up to the customer care program gives you the added benefit of accruing points on your purchases. For every dollar spent, you will earn 1 point, once you reach 200 points, you are eligible to receive $10 off your next purchase. The points you accrue are available for 12 months from the time of purchase, at which point they expire.

Points are accrued and redeemed at any Perfect Potion location OR our online store! Please note that the points do not transfer accross store and online.

From time to time we may choose to reward our outstanding customer care customers with extra bonuses. We reserve the right for these bonuses to change from month to month and year to year.

Forgotten password

In the footer of the Perfect Potion website, under the header “log in or join our customer care program”, click “forgot your password?” Enter your email address and follow the instructions given. If you do not receive an email into your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail.

Unsubscribe

If at any time you wish to remove your details from our mailing list, you may do so by unsubscribing directly from the email you have received. If you have any questions regarding your customer care or email subscription, please contact Perfect Potion Marketing at 1800 988 999 or via email.

Unsubscribing from the mailing list will not remove you from our customer care program. You will continue to accrue points on every purchase. Should you wish to be forgotten from our customer care program, please contact Head Office on the above contact information.
